5foot10 fro 185 seems pretty healthy to me.

doc says i should be 185-190 with my bone mass.

Went for a walk today did 50 push ups 2x25 getting back on the road slowly.

i went for a short walk today fun.


Xrays and MRI's are in completely different ballparks. Xrays see hard things such as bones. MRIs see soft tissues and tendons and whatnot. For example, an xray sees a broken bone...an MRI can see herniated disks or torn ligaments/tendons. You should go get an MRI.

My next word of wisdom...get a second opinion from a different doctor if you havent already. Putting all your eggs in one basket at this point is foolish considering you've been suffering for so long.
