This is the Assistances/Bodybuilding day. Only day I get direct arms/abs work. I also hit a deadlift variation to increase the frequency in this lift and it's the 3rd push day with the OHP. It's still light but volume and intensity will build up through the cycle. REP HELL day on Squat/bench on monday.
