50 wall balls 20lbs for all
2 muscle ups
40 wall balls
4 muscle ups
30 wall balls
6 muscle ups
20 wall balls
8 muscle ups
10 wall balls
10 muscle ups

This sucked. Tweaked something in my bicep when i almost fell through one of the muscle ups cause i didn't lock my shoulders. Grrrrr.

Ended with 20:40. Hard shit.

^^^^ Just the video of my first muscle up. It was pretty ghetto but i was proud.
I got strict muscle ups a week later but it's hard getting the false grip from a jump

It's like doing a handstand or a backflip. Not overly difficult just something to have in your bag of tricks.

Seems a little redic to be doing max rep c&j after a WOD like that in the same day...

On another note, just did 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 of bear complex, pull-ups and wallballs....I feel like death
