I love how many people in this forum like to argue about specific subjects that have been tested and researched by actual people with Ph.D's and degrees in their respective field, yet you run your damn mouth about shit you think you know when no one gives a shit, and on top of that you maybe have a high school education..

Alan Aragon on Somatotypes. Keep going with the insults, I'm loving it. Is that what your degree is in?

I think it's fundamentally overassumptive to typecast anyone at one of 3 points along a rather broad continuum of genetic capacity for achieving muscle gain and/or fat loss. However, I would not deny that this variance of genetic capacity for 'ease' of physical achievent does exist. The danger lies in making assumptions that you're on one of the extreme ends, & ultimately selling yourself short.
Like I said, they don't exist. You can't categorize yourself into three extremes.

Meaning 80% natural stuff, and then allowing 20% not so natural?
If so, that's whatever. WAY better than the average person. Our bodies are resilient. They can handle a little bit of bad stuff. I like to have a drink every once in a while. I like to indulge in some stuff everyone once in a while. Hmm, I haven't had Chinese food in a couple months now...was about 4 months before that, too. lol
I just haven't wanted it. And when I had it, it was because I just wanted to.
I think it's like that thing people do when they quit smoking--they carry one cigarette with them. They know they can have it anytime they want to, but just say, "meh, don't really want to have it."
Oh, I have nothing against eating solely from healthier sources at all. I say the 80/20 rule is pretty much the golden rule of that, but yeah, you had it spot on. 80% minimally processed, 20% whatever else. I'm probably a little bit off of the 80/20 as I consume some bread and stuff (on a bit of a budget, so I'm trying to keep expenses low as University is draining me of money). Honestly, I rarely eat that stuff too. The only times I ever eat out are when I'm back in my original city, but when I'm at school, it's always me cooking something up. I think the only time I didn't purchase and cook something for myself was when I ordered a pizza on Superbowl Sunday. I respect that you don't eat it because you don't want to, but there's people who don't eat it because they think it's going to throw everything out the window.
@Decoppel,
Check out Vitamin Shoppe? I think it's 1kg of Creapure creatine for a meagre $10? Then again, shipping and duties/taxes might bring it up, so TrueNutrition might be the way to go.

This is precisely why I'm not going to argue with troll, he has no backing to what he says, gets pissy, and overall seems like a person you cannot have a conversation with, but only an argument.
He'll probably attack me for this, but I really don't care, since his opinion is of little importance to me.
Don't act like you know me at all, brah. I'm the only person who backs anything I post with evidence. Not a single person has provided me with a sliver of proof of ANYTHING. Why is the burden of proof on me? I'm not the one making unjust claims here, it's you guys. "Philosophy101" bro. Take it and maybe you'll know, lololol.
