Not even going to post here... after this but milk is extremely bad for you....

Silk has way more calcium and vitamin D and doesn't eat you from the inside out and isn't nearly as full of chemicals as Dairy products.


Inb4 it causes estrogen effects, you have to consume MASSSSSS amounts of soy for that.

Be a man and drink almond milk.

Speaking of which.. I'm drinking my last 10 16 oz keystone lights... (GF bought it)
