Goals: Started GVT two weeks ago and plan to continue it untill beginning-mid February, then going into strength/explosiveness training. My only goal for the future at the moment is to gain mass with a great deal of strength/explosiveness (attempting to get onto a D1 college track team next year) and stay somewhat lean.

haha thats actually the plan eventually (idk about the beard though, maybe for fun if i get to 230+ at 12-15% lol)

I'm considering entering. Taking pictures today and time-stamping them. Idk. I don't like attention so much.

Should I enter? My stats currently are:

Weight: 173 lbs.
Height: Between 5'10 and 5'11
Age: 20
Body Fat %: Would only be a guess, so I don't know
Goals: Reach 180 lbs body weight while maintaining or losing some more fat for more visible abs
Background: Started lifting April 2009, been on-and-off a tad bit (would say I've been lifting 4 months hard, 1 month was learning, and rest was off); before lifting I didn't do anything at all

Lifts:
- 200 lbs max bench since last checked (good form)
- 180 lbs max front squat (since last checked), still working on form here
- 180 lbs deadlift at 5+ rep, really don't know my max (being careful here due to back and such)
- 240 lbs max back squat (since last checked)
- Don't really know my maxes other than this, just go from week-to-week lifting hard but doing rep schemes of somewhere between 5 to 12
