All I am going to say is following a program EXACTLY is stupid, unless you had a knowledgeable personal trainer customize one just for you.
Everyone is different on how much they can lift and how quick they recover etc, so it makes no sense for everyone to do 10x10 and then 3 4x8 or w/e, because it will be more effective for some and less effective for others. I did my workout the way I did because I am still working on finding what is best for ME. And doing it the way I did seemed to work better than just doing 1 compound 10x10.

And honestly, stop criticizing boxa, you are in NO place to criticize him. From the things you say on here about your lifestyle, it is not so great in comparison to the things boxa has achieved. I am not saying you should be like him, but critiquing him when he has accomplished far more then you have makes no sense.

1 year from graduating college with 2 degrees, already have a solid college paying job, already bought my own car, obviously don't own my own home, and lost 35 lbs. since school started. Yes Boxa has lost an absolute shit load of weight and I commend him for that, not many people that obese try as hard as he did to get his life back together, but I was never in that situation, so saying he has accomplished 'far more' than I have is not exactly relevant.

And what do I say about my lifestyle other than that I drink like every other college student (which I don't drink anywhere near as much as my buds). So feel free to examine my life, which you clearly don't know, and compare it against a completely different human being and scenario. Congrats.

Deadlifts are super ultra awesome and cool.

If you don't do them, you're a girl.
