Honey Pork (simple receipe):

Take some pork chops and slice them into strips, making sure you remove as much fat as possible

Put honey in a frying pan (enough to be able to have honey on all sides of your strips) and cook it at mild heat for 2 to 3 minutes
Add garlic at will
Put your pork strips in and turn the heat up

Wait until the pork is cooked and the honey is caramelized and remove from heat.

Add some sesame seed on the pork.

You can dip it in tsatziki (sp?) sour cream sauce. (best choice)

Or you can caramelize more honey on the side. Or simply eat it like that. Tastes awesome.

Tuna Toast! (simple but great for in the morning)

Needs:

1 can Tuna (small can)
4 slices brown bread
Cheese
barbeque sauce
Some pepper

Preparation:

Take 2 sliced and put some BBQ sauce on them first, after split ur tuna in 2 parts and put them on ur santwich. After that put some cheese on it (i use rasped low fat cheese) and some pepper (if you like it). Then put them in a toast machine and you got youself a nice toast! Delicious!

Low fat + Much protein!

For the peanut butter sauce, if you want to get a crazy ass protein meal, try it with meat-filled pasta + chicken strips. And you can add cheese if you want to be kinky.

Depending on how much of it you eat, you can easily get over 100 grams of protein in that single meal.

Workout Day Breakfast Shake

What You'll Need:
  • Blender
  • 2 Tblsp. Peanut Butter
  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein (Preferrably chocolate)
  • 1 Scoop Creatine
  • 1/4c. Plain FF Yogurt
  • 1c. Oatmeal
  • 8-16 oz. Milk (depending on how big of a container you have to drink out of)

Instructions:
Pour milk into blender. Add other ingredients in whatever order you want. I just find it's easier to avoid the shit stuck at the bottom/sides if liquid goes in first.
Liquefy ~30 seconds. You can either pour it into another cup, or just drink right from blender cup. You get plenty of protein, carbs, and calories all in one. Enjoy!
