six-pack abs are achieved from low body fat % - nothing more, nothing less. You must lose fat to get visible abs...period.

Hey Raynor, just curious. But what do you think of an alkaline diet being as the #1 healthy way to live?

I've read lots of articles on this and it shows that it's really the best way to eat. But it's not for body building.

Any thoughts on the diet? Thanks. :)

That's all BS unfortunately.

99% of what you consume is immediately converted by your stomach acid into a perfect alkalinity. Some foods are more acidic than others - but generally unless you have ulcers or gastritis, there is really no difference or impact on your body.

The latest "Alkaline" craze is totally baseless.

Raynor,

When you do preacher curls, what angle do you prefer for the pad to be at?

Approx 45 degrees, however a steeper incline can be better depending on your body mechanics.

Consider it a blessing for the hardwork you have already put in. Soreness DOES NOT mean a good workout. No soreness isn't a bad thing at all.

Edit: Doh, didn't realize I was in your thread Raynor! My bad!

how long should you eat before a workout? Is it okay to eat a meal immediately before a workout?
