In that case you could definitely save the money for extra things here and there. New gloves/belt/hooks/straps/chalk/etc  and all maintenance.

Makes sense.

I have basically 11' x 12' of space, but I wish I had something like 15' x 15'... and $10,000 more of a budget. :D So many ideas to fit into the gym. Too much fun.

I think I will save the money. I'll probably just keep searching craigslist every day of every week of every month as I have been doing lately.

In the future though, I'll definitely own something like a Hammer Strength squat cage. My squat cage right now works nicely, but I drool over some of the high-end gym squat cages.

Thanks for the suggestions/help on this one :)

certainly.

forced reps means you already have failed but you are still doing reps with spotters helping up the weight just enough that you can do it. Negative are where you lower the weight as SLOW as possible to focus on the negative portion of the rep. Breakdowns are where you do a set, fail, then lower the weight, do the next set, and fail again.

i see girls in the gym lifting extremely light weights for 30-40 reps at a time. I'm pretty sure they think they are toning, but isn't it better to do 12-15 reps with moderately heavy weights? Are they actually doing anything with 30-40 reps?

30-40 reps is generally not very useful. It would be better to be in the 12-15 rep area.

EVOO has a better overall lipid profile. Canola oil is okay too though. I would recommend EVOO though.

Avoid stimulant-based products preworkout when you are trying to grow. Stimulants like caffeine restrict blood flow and kill your pump.

I saw this in an article on bodybuilding, is it true? what you think about this
because i take amino energy sometime when im really tired after a long day at work

Not true at all.

Sure, caffeine is a vasoconstrictor but it has NOTHING to do with hindering muscle growth.

It gives you energy and will thus make you a more efficient animal at the gym
