for days which you work two muscles is it better to alternate exercises for each muscle or knock one muscle out first before you do the other?

I personally like to do ONE muscle group at a time.

how can I up my sex drive?

Take Arginine+Ornithine every day and 5g about 1 hour before sexual activity

Exercise regularly

Make sure you get enough sleep - at least 8 hrs a night.

Eat properly and make sure to get enough protein (1g / lb bodyweight)

Try certain other supplements including: Horny Goat Weed, Ginseng, Maca, and Yohimbe.

Is there a significant difference (if at all) between training agonist muscle groups vs antagonistic muscle groups? Or is it just personal preference and whatover works for an individual?

I personally do NOT recommend soy to any males looking to gain muscle - period.

There is a LOT of conflicting research and a lot of people get very upset when you tell them that soy is estrogenic - but the bottom line is that it is a phytoestrogen and should be avoided at all costs. Even if barely increases your estrogen levels, it's too much.

so my understanding is that high estrogen levels, inhibits testosterone production and therefore is counteracting your workout efforts?

It's mostly personal preference and whatever works for the individual. Some people swear by back/bis others swear by back/tris (for example).

Correct. Estrogen also causes undesirable effects such as increased fat storage, reduced muscle gain, and even gyno (when extreme estrogen levels occur)
