Hey Ray,

I just wanted to say that I hope you're having a good day and that I have a question pertaining to May when I must say will be quite the day.

I have a tug of war competition against these people who are over 400lbs and I want to know how to best null their gravitational pull and be victorious.\

Thanks in advance, I know you have to be extremely busy between all those meals you cook, playing diablo, working out, and bossing med school.

At the moment I'm looking to cut got my diet down but I'm working out at home (I have stationary bike//treadmill//bb bench//dumbbells

Whats the best way to cut with that equipment?

Do the treadmill or bike HIIT format for about 30 mins post-workout.

for days which you work two muscles is it better to alternate exercises for each muscle or knock one muscle out first before you do the other?
