hey, quick question

im running around 2-2.5 miles about 4-5 days a week

my question is, ive been lifting on some days that i run (morning/night routine) but the next day im so dead i can't really concentrate in on anything, would it be a good idea to split it up cardio/lifting/cardio/lifting etc 6 days a week?

also im getting around 7-7.5 hours of sleep a day and i cant really improve in that aspect so..

follow my exact instructions below:

General Rules For SUPER Immune System:

1. Drink at least 1 gal of water per day - more if you are in the sun or sweat a lot
2. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night
3. Sleep in a dust/dander free enviroment (clean your room that you sleep in often, and change your pillowcases at least once per week!!)
4. Gargle with Salt Water twice a day (morning and night) and also throw in some Listerine at least once per day to gargle with.
5. Try to eat less gluten foods (gluten has been linked to a lot of immune problems in certain people, if you get sick a lot it's a good idea to try to steer clear of gluten) - use google to find gluten free foods.
6. Eat every 2-3 hours and exercise at least 30-45 minutes EVERY day.
7. Try using a Neti Pot (you can buy one online or at walgreens/walmart) - they look sort of like a "magic lamp" that a genie would pop out of, but you fill it with warm salt water and pour it into one of your nostrils with your head tilted the other way, causing the warm stream of water to irrigate your sinuses and come out the other side. Do half a pot for each nostril. Follow all instructions that come with the netipot - but using plain Sea Salt + Warm Tap Water is fine...don't use the neti-salt they want you to buy, it's a rip off. However the netipot itself is great and works wonders...I highly recommend this.
8. Follow the supplement guide below 100%

Supplement Guide

Week 1 - Take NOW! Vitamin D 5,000 IU 2x a day (morning and night), take NOW! Vitamin C 1,000mg 4x a day (once every 4 hours), take NOW! Adam multivitamin 2x a day (1x morning 1x night), take NOW! Immune Renew 1x a day (afternoons), take NOW! Antioxidants 2x (right after an intense workout or physical activity).

Week 2 and ON - Do everything else the same except reduce Vitamin D to a total of 5,000 IU per day 1x (once in the morning). Keep all other supplement dosages the same.

continue this supplement pattern for the weeks to come and see if you get results....if you still constantly get sick, we will go from there. Although I am confident that this will make you see a huge positive change. I have met a lot of people with terrible immune systems and I've put them on this plan and every single one of them has not been sick ONCE since....one of them has been cold/flu free for 2 years now.

Hey raynor I had a question about this. I was looking up the supplements and vitamin d says to take one pill every 2 days and to not go over that usage. Btw I wish I thought of using salt water before instead of mouthwash. It seems to work a lot better for me for w/e reason. So thanks!

If i'm trying to bulk while eating this and doing my workout, should i cut out my cardio days? And if i do what should i do on those days instead?

You don't have to - cardio is still okay just as long as you are eating enough to replenish the burned calories/glycogen.

how's tofu raynor?

it is a soy product and i hear really bad things concerning soy.  are there any merits to this?

I personally do NOT recommend soy to any males looking to gain muscle - period.

There is a LOT of conflicting research and a lot of people get very upset when you tell them that soy is estrogenic - but the bottom line is that it is a phytoestrogen and should be avoided at all costs. Even if barely increases your estrogen levels, it's too much.

Yes I would split it up more. If you are that exhausted, it's a sign of overtraining (in this case lack of eating and sleeping no doubt). To fix this, separate the days accordingly or maybe lift 4 days and do cardio for 2.

Hey there.

Take 5,000 iu of vitamin d-3 EVERY day. The label says every other day, but that's BS to cover themselves. Every day is preferred for optimal immune support.

Secondly, salt water is perfect.

After reading your skin care guide I was wondering are these suitable products for perfect skin? (Trying to clear acne as well following that guide as well)

Face + Body wash
http://content.dove.us/mencare/Products%5FDeepCleanWash.aspx

Face soap
http://content.dove.us/mencare/Products%5FDeepCleanBar.aspx

Blackheads Scrub
http://www.drugstore.com/neutrogena-blackhead-eliminating-daily-scrub/qxp83077

If those aren't any good I was thinking maybe one of these products
http://www.stives.com/Facial-Products/Naturally-Clear/Blemish-%28and%29-Blackhead-Control-Apricot-Scrub/
http://www.stives.com/Facial-Products/Naturally-Clear/Naturally-Clear-Green-Tea-Cleanser/

^ Not sure which products I would need from there
