hey raynor, so I know its important to eat 2-4 hours to help your metabolism, but the problem is my job makes it hard to do so
I have a pretty physical job, I work at fedex and can't eat every 2 hours how I'm working. so my question is
if I drink a protein shake and put oats and peanut butter in it, would that be a good substitute for 2 meals that I will miss? because I will have to drink that for a meal twice a day

absolutely.

protein shake + fruit + peanut butter + oats is definitely meal replacement.

the routine looks good - but the diet I need to know how many calories/fats/carbs/protein you are eating per day....can you show me exactly what a typical day with your diet looks like?

I will usually get up and eat:
Breakfast - 1 whole egg, 5-6 egg whites and a half cup of oats
Iif i wakeup late i will just make a protein shake with skim milk instead of water for the xtra protein

I then take 5g of creatine 30 mins pre-workout
I sip on xtend during my workout
Immediately after working out i make a protein shake with water and take that
Takea shower then when i get out make my torrent drink.
Then a hr in a half - 2 hrs later i eat about 8-10 oz of lean steak with a cup of brown rice
2 1/2 hrs later i eat 8oz salmon or tilapia with an orange or brocolli
2hrs later i have a 8-10 oz chicken breast with brown rice
And my last meal of the day is usually 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with 2 tsp of peanut butter and a whole banana.

Sweet thank you! Can you tell me serving size I should do for this?
Oz for shake, how many cups/whatever for the rest to go into the shake?

Raynor the biggest problem I am having is being consistant with my diet because of cost and my schedule.

How does a guy like you prepare food/meals everyday to be able to constantly eat all day?

Some guys say they prepare all there meals one day at the start of the week and then just refridgerate, I find if I do that or freeze meals there soggy and gross by end of the weak.

Basically I just want to know how you set up your meals/snacks through out the day.

Only problem is last meal of the day - too much sugar not enough protein.

Switch to

1 cup cottage cheese w/ 1 slice whole grain bread w/ 1 tsp peanut butter (if you can handle it)

if not, try 1 cup greek yogurt + handful of mixed nuts

Preparing meals at the beginning of the week is something I do.

In addition, I also have a lot of grab and go stuff like hard boiled eggs, cheese sticks, beef sticks, a tub of grilled chicken, celery+peanut butter, protein shakes/bars, tuna salad and egg salad, etc.

The idea is simply to discipline yourself and do what you have to do.
