I will usually get up and eat:
Breakfast - 1 whole egg, 5-6 egg whites and a half cup of oats
Iif i wakeup late i will just make a protein shake with skim milk instead of water for the xtra protein
I then take 5g of creatine 30 mins pre-workout
I sip on xtend during my workout
Immediately after working out i make a protein shake with water and take that
Takea shower then when i get out make my torrent drink.
Then a hr in a half - 2 hrs later i eat about 8-10 oz of lean steak with a cup of brown rice
2 1/2 hrs later i eat 8oz salmon or tilapia with an orange or brocolli
2hrs later i have a 8-10 oz chicken breast with brown rice
And my last meal of the day is usually 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with 2 tsp of peanut butter and a whole banana.
