ive heard that if your lower in bf% you become more prone to injury why is that?

Body fat is a shock absorber just like muscle. The more shock absorption, the less likely you are to get injured.

these are the current supps im taking, if you could give a breif summary and simplified answer as to what they do and why their good to take, that would be great.

Also if you could recommend what i could add in addition to what im taking for general health and fitness, ALSO a good supp for health but focus and energy is primary.

fish oil
calcium&magnesium + zinc and Vit D
Multi-vitamin
Resveratrol 100
Co-Enzyme B-Complex
Royal jelly
Ginkgo Biloba

fish oil - take 2 with every food meal. It increases your good fats and helps clean the bloodstream, improve circulation, decrease blood pressure, aid in anti-inflammation, and help balance saturated fats.
calmag + zinc - essential for core body functions and strong bones/nails/skin
vit d - promotes anabolism and immune system (take 4,000-5,000 iu per day)
resveratrol - studies have shown that this supplement CAN reduce the effects of aging and decrease the risk of certain types of illness/disease.
CO-B complex - increases energy levels, immune system, and can also promote overall well being.
Royal Jelly - Mostly used for immune system boosting
Ginkgo - Improves memory, concentration, and decreases incidents of vertigo.

Some questions for you Raynor.
I have been lifting and eating right for about a month in a half now. Started out at 180, i am now at 165 and feel tons better. But i would like a little info on supplements. As of now these are what i'm taking.
Cytosport cytogainer
Optimum gold standard 100% whey
Universal Torrent
Scivation Xtend

What I'm curious about is how to bulk faster, and if theae are the right supplements to be usin with my diet. I'm taking in around 2800-3200 calories a day. I have notice good strength gains and okay cuts so far i suppose you could call them but i'm wanting gains. Unless you know of a better way? Thanks alot

what workout are you currently doing and what is your current diet and I will critique that. Supplements are the LAST thing to worry about. However as of right now those supps look good.

There is a procedure called "smart lipo" which can be used for something like this.

It's a non-invasive process that basically "melts" the fat and helps prevent it from reforming in that same area.

it's virtually painless, in office, and has almost no recovery time.

Besides that, there really isn't much else for you to do about it, I'm sorry.

something like that sounds expensive :\

hey raynor, so I know its important to eat 2-4 hours to help your metabolism, but the problem is my job makes it hard to do so
I have a pretty physical job, I work at fedex and can't eat every 2 hours how I'm working. so my question is
if I drink a protein shake and put oats and peanut butter in it, would that be a good substitute for 2 meals that I will miss? because I will have to drink that for a meal twice a day

There is a thing called care-credit which gives you 1-2 years to pay it off in small monthly payments usually WITHOUT interest.

It is quite affordable actually.
