these are the current supps im taking, if you could give a breif summary and simplified answer as to what they do and why their good to take, that would be great.

calmag + zinc - essential for core body functions and strong bones/nails/skin
vit d - promotes anabolism and immune system (take 4,000-5,000 iu per day)
resveratrol - studies have shown that this supplement CAN reduce the effects of aging and decrease the risk of certain types of illness/disease.
CO-B complex - increases energy levels, immune system, and can also promote overall well being.
Royal Jelly - Mostly used for immune system boosting
Ginkgo - Improves memory, concentration, and decreases incidents of vertigo.
