What would you consider to be good arm growth for someone thats in the ending stages of beginner lifting? Ive gotten a little over 1/2inch and im wondering how long i can expect to get gains like this

It depends on how well you are eating and training. The maximum without "gear" would be around 2 inches for the first year. After that, you're looking at maybe 1 inch for the 2nd year, and 1/2 inch for the third year, and usually between 1/4 to 1/2 an inch per year for the next 3-4 years after that. Over time it slowly drops off and becomes very hard to gain any more than 1/8 or even 1/10 an inch per year.

that's about right. Because at this rate you will have gained the the 2 inches for the first year as I estimated.

Do you know of protein/vitamins/pre-workout/ anything gym related of that sorts having dairy or gluten in it?
I'm just asking on a general level, if the majority of them do or do not contain those things.

Maybe if you know specifically BSN Syntha6 and No Explode

i have kind of an embarrassing question to ask, but i need advice.. i have THE MOST stubborn fat stored right above my butt but bellow my hips.. not the "spare tire" fat, its lower then that, like its almost part of my butt, but its above it... i cant get rid of it no matter what ive tried. even before i started working out, when i was about 20 lbs lighter, and EXTREMELY skinny, somehow i still had this extra fat.. im currently bulking and trying to put on some weight, and i may just be a little more critical than anyone else would be, but it just seems to get worse. the weight im putting on is some fat but mostly muscle. this fat just won't disappear, please tell me there is something i can do besides surgery, i really cant stand this fat anymore. im still really skinny even 20lbs heavier i still have a very thin figure but why is it that this fat is so damn stubborn?? id do anything, any exercise to get rid of it. by the way i have a pretty damn clean diet

these are the current supps im taking, if you could give a breif summary and simplified answer as to what they do and why their good to take, that would be great.

Also if you could recommend what i could add in addition to what im taking for general health and fitness, ALSO a good supp for health but focus and energy is primary.

fish oil
calcium&magnesium + zinc and Vit D
Multi-vitamin
Resveratrol 100
Co-Enzyme B-Complex
Royal jelly
Ginkgo Biloba

Some questions for you Raynor.
I have been lifting and eating right for about a month in a half now. Started out at 180, i am now at 165 and feel tons better. But i would like a little info on supplements. As of now these are what i'm taking.
Cytosport cytogainer
Optimum gold standard 100% whey
Universal Torrent
Scivation Xtend

What I'm curious about is how to bulk faster, and if theae are the right supplements to be usin with my diet. I'm taking in around 2800-3200 calories a day. I have notice good strength gains and okay cuts so far i suppose you could call them but i'm wanting gains. Unless you know of a better way? Thanks alot

All food labels in the US are required to list if they contain any allergens including wheat, dairy, etc. If the item doesn't show up in the ingredients list, it will show up just below with an allergen note.

So just read the label and you should be fine.

There is a procedure called "smart lipo" which can be used for something like this.

It's a non-invasive process that basically "melts" the fat and helps prevent it from reforming in that same area.

it's virtually painless, in office, and has almost no recovery time.

Besides that, there really isn't much else for you to do about it, I'm sorry.
