its health and fitness forum. not bodybuilding. not everyone is trying to get fuckin huge. i for one am 230 lbs but way too much fat. everyones body is different and there is no one perfect shape or size. the dude obviously eats or he would be dead.

He's flexing his arm too, which is almost non existent (no offense) so he proberly does want to start lifting now he's lost weight.

well i checked his profile and u guys r right it says in his picture he doesnt lift. not that surprising i guess.i sorta wanna post a picture of my out of shape body but its so embarrassing lol. ill prolly take a before picture and post it when i have an after picture so i dont feel as bad about it.

thats pretty much the same thing i said dipshit. by saying everything takes time i mean that you dont get big by lifting weights overnight.
