Did the doctor specifically order blood work to check for ALL of those things? It would be worth calling and asking.

How about the supplements and medications? Are you taking any of those? If so, what?

Also, you will need an ultrasound to check for fatty liver and/or tumors.

My advise would be to schedule another appointment and get checked for everything I mentioned (write it down if you have to). Some doctors don't care about the patient, only getting them in and out as quick as possible.

I'm only a social drinker, so once in a blue moon would I down a bottle of beer. The only supplements I take are whey protein, mutivitamins, fish oil gels, and bee propolis.

And my doctor wasnt the one that ordered a blood work. I made an appointment requesting a general blood test

I answered only 1/3 of what you were asking for the reason I described in the previous post. The purpose was to find out the reason behind your questioning. Now that I know it was your attempt to "test" my knowledge - I would probably go back and not reply at all. This sticky is not here for individuals such as yourself to attempt to undermine myself. If you were my anatomy and physiology professor, I would consider answering completely, not sparing any detail. Let me remind you, this is JSP. For sake of efficiency, I answer questions quickly and to the point in order to get to everyone. You are no different.

Secondly, I was not wrong in ANY terms. I challenge you 100% on that. Everything I posted, although quick and short, is 100% accurate for the question posed. As what you said before "Oh you said Scapulae - I hope you meant Levator." - In short speak, saying Scapulae is referring to the Levator Scapulae. But you would rather speak with terrible grammar, spelling, and sentence structure - while maintaining 100% perfect medical terminology? What a joke.

Defensive? No. Sick and tired or trolls such as yourself who THINK they know things, but in turn really do not. Your point of existence is merely to try and prove superiority through trickery. This aids in absolutely nothing. I stand by my previous assumptions in regards to your antisocial disorder. Also judging by your profile picture, I'd also say you have no room to talk about anything involving body mechanics.

You are a pathetic excuse for a troll. In all likelihood you probably know very little of body mechanics, anatomy and physiology, and the general musculoskeletal system. Your spelling, grammar, and punctuation are all absolutely disgusting. Did you stop learning the basics in kindergarten? You know nothing of medical school and quite frankly should not bother to offer advise to anyone in regard to anything. University of Miami also happens to be one of the top medical schools in the world.

Go crawl back into your hole little man.

Sort of an off-topic question but I was just curious what you scored on your MCAT raynor?

I think it was a 32 (11/11/10) and P for the written portion. Don't quote me on that, I'd have to dig it up, it's been a while (almost 5 years ago). But I do know that I did NOT well enough to qualify for a scholarship at UM.

OK - for the sake of your health, I would like you to go make an appointment with either the same doctor or another doctor. Go over your results in detail, and bring the list I gave you and ask to be tested for everything on that list that you already have NOT been tested for (with the exception of the alcohol and supplements). If you come back negative for everything despite the further bloodwork, ultrasounds, etc., then you are probably fine and in a 1/10 of 1% of the population that has high liver enzyme production despite not having any obvious malady.

I would avoid GNC house brand products.

Try NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 (which can be purchased on bodybuilding.com)

As for the dosage, 2 pills with every food meal is correct. The packaging just leads on to the bare minimum.

I'm thinking of going vegetarian for 2 weeks starting soon. Reason being I'm thinking the food I am eating is making me break out slightly.
Any really good filling foods that you can suggest? I'm worried about dinners. Any good suggestions you can think of?

Raynor,

Just got through my first day of your hypertrophy plan. I have a couple questions now that I went through it:

- when you refer to "seated ez bar curls", do you mean just dumbbell curls sitting down, or do you mean using a preacher pad?

- when you say to superset something, when I get to the end, what do I do: I do my 85% set, do I then wait 10 seconds and pump out as many more as I can, then I go to my other superset exercise and do the same, and then I jump back to the first exercise and burn out at 50%? Or do I burn out on the first exercise before even jumping to my second superset exercise?
