Thanks brother, happy thanksgiving to you too.

Yeah it definitely is - although an epic diet, lots of very well disciplined training, and of course some anabolic steroids will work wonders.

I heard his diet had a lot of bacon, ice cream, and chocolate involved too lol

Exactly. Being a traditional Hardgainer, he requires lots of extra calories - in his case he prefers chocolate, porkchops, bacon, and potatoes.

I think this is something you need to let your body tell you.

Generally it's good enough to work yourself to full muscular fatigue. I highly doubt you'd be able to hit the tire for an hour ;-)

If you don't want to go until failure/exhaustion, then you can do a determined number of reps and shoot for 1-2 more each time you train.

you can alternate between the two. Technically until exhaustion is better, but not ALL the time. You have to give your body a break from constantly exhausting it.

I've done your 5x5 strenght program for 12 weeks now - so now I take one week off the gym to deload, before I start your hypertrophy program again?

I shouldn't even do ''light'' exercise on that week? just a week off?

You can do cardio on the one week off, but stay away from weights. Your body needs the time to rest. You will come back stronger after a week of rest

Can you formulate a I suppose "Grooming tips" of like 20 or however many you can think of that help promote healthy skin, etc .etc.

Some examples just to get an idea of what would be useful

- Drink lots of water for hydrated skin
- Plucking eyebrows
-moisturizer

etcetc
