Yeah, maybe I should add more than 5lbs a week otherwise my bench and squat will hit 225 at the same time lol.
Infact I'll bench 100kg before squat if I add 5lbs a week.
Going to 5x5 70kg start with bench, 60kg (1 plate) with squat.

Is it 5lbs a week (2 workouts) or 5lbs a workout? I'm sure it's a week but some people say 5lbs a session? :S
