When I get more fg's, I'll be sending you more Raynor! I have to thank you for all the help you've given.

Today I'm doing my arm day, and my strength has gone up IMMENSELY because of the routine you've given me. I'm just typing this between a set. I already did barbell curls x 5 to start, and then ez bar curls x 5, and now I'm doing dumbbell curls in your 5x5. I'm starting with 30 pounds and moving up to 35 or 40 pounds on the concentration curls. I never would've been able to do this weight before. Barbell curls have gone way up... was doing 95 x 5 on my last set with perfect form.

Really loving the progress I'm getting. First time I've seen such insane results. I owe at least 75% of it to the program you've laid out :)

You are very welcome my friend. I'm glad that I could be of service.

Take care and enjoy the results!

Raynor, I noticed in the hypertrophy plan that you've outlined for me doesn't include forearms.

e/ also how would pistachios fare against almonds?

Pistachios would be fine.

Also I dont like to include forearms because they tend to grow enough from the regular routine from normal exercises.

However if your forearms are lagging behind I recommend 5 sets of 8-12 reps of moderate-heavy weight with strict form reverse/side/front wrist curls every other day.

Is it possible for a endomorph to ever reach the lean shredded model type look? Or are they too big and
would this be the prime status of a endomorph

Mariusz Pudzianowski is actually an ECTOMORPH. As a child he was always very skinny and small, it took years of aggressive training and eating obscene amounts of food to reach his former level (when he competed in WSM)

As far as endomorphs go, they can definitely get shredded - it just takes a LOT of hard work.

I'm currently on a 4 days split ..i've gained size in everything except shoulder
Routine looks like :

Day 1 shoulder/abs :

Seated dumbell neutral press 4x8 superset with side lateral 4x10
Reverse pec deck 4x 10 ss with front raise 4x10
Db shrugs 3x10-12

Day 2 Back

Day 3 Chest

Day 4 Arms/leg

Day 5 off

Day 6 repeat

What should i do/change?

got a better workout ?

Forget superset and really focus on one set at a time?

edit : Also what do you think about Dumbell neutral presses ? Thanks in advance Raynor!

Elevation is more for building leg muscles vs cardio - for cardio leave it at 0/1
