For your 5x5 shoulders day, you suggest :

• Military Press - 5 sets of 5 reps
• Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs - 5 sets of 8-12 reps
• Dumbbell Shoulder Presses - 5 sets of 5 reps
• Dumbbell Front Raises - 5 sets of 8-12 reps

Instead of doing shoulder press, can i do seated machine shoulder presses?

Yes you can, although the DB shoulder presses would be better.

1. Protein which is the only truly ESSENTIAL macronutrient. Protein roughly translates backwards into ancient greek meaning most important which it is. Without amino acids your body dies, plain and simple. You can survive without carbs (ketosis) and even without fats (surplus calories from protein eventually are stored as fat in the body then through lipolysis are metabolized).

2. Champignon? are you talking about the mushroom? Or did you misspell champagne?

Oh thanks! I'm always curious about anything haha.

Yes, the mushroom :P . Was just wondering because I wouldn't know the English word for it and it's nearly impossible to pronounce for native English speakers I imagined haha

Yeah we don't really say Champignon much - only at fancy restaurants and culinary school ;-)

For us I suppose we'd just say "White Mushrooms" or less common "Crimini Mushrooms"

If carnivore animal can survive only on raw meat, then so can we ( but there is fat in meat )

There is also protein in bread etc.. it's just theoretical. Dogs have a totally different diet.. 'If dogs can survive on only (raw) meat, then so can we'? I doubt this.. you'd probably die soon and not even from it not being cooked

When I get more fg's, I'll be sending you more Raynor! I have to thank you for all the help you've given.

Today I'm doing my arm day, and my strength has gone up IMMENSELY because of the routine you've given me. I'm just typing this between a set. I already did barbell curls x 5 to start, and then ez bar curls x 5, and now I'm doing dumbbell curls in your 5x5. I'm starting with 30 pounds and moving up to 35 or 40 pounds on the concentration curls. I never would've been able to do this weight before. Barbell curls have gone way up... was doing 95 x 5 on my last set with perfect form.

Really loving the progress I'm getting. First time I've seen such insane results. I owe at least 75% of it to the program you've laid out :)

Was using brologic there but seriously I eat raw meat once every 3 weeks and raw eggs when I'm lazy, raw meat is delicious with the right spices but the eegs always taste like ass....I'm sure our body would adapt to it, carnivors can't eat omnivores food but omnivores can eat carnivores food.

Raynor, I noticed in the hypertrophy plan that you've outlined for me doesn't include forearms.

e/ also how would pistachios fare against almonds?

The two of you need to take this conversation elsewhere.

To answer the question you can live on MEAT alone, with trace amounts of fat contained inside the meat - however you will not live nearly as long or healthy compared with having a balanced diet. That is fact.

edit:

also raw meat will NOT harm a human unless a significant amount of bacteria or other pathogens exist within the meat. The human digestive system can not deal with a regular barrage of e-coli, salmonella, etc. However most meats do NOT contain these which is good - however when you find one that does, you will know it ;)
