Hit a new PR on the squat, heavier than it should've been. Think I can get 160 next week if good day though.

Kind of an off today today, went for a max on flat bench and I think I did too many sets leading up to the max o.O
Got 295 up really easily but failed on 315 :\
Maybe next time o_o

I thought during the squat I was high.. then watched the video and realized I wasn't thankfully

But damn.. last weeks rep was WAYYY smoother and faster. I thought I'd be able to get 455x2 this week.. and I had done a lot more heavy reps before doing it.. so strange  :wacko:

my squats again show how weird they are.. they go up fast when I do them every 2-3 weeks.. if I do them every week it's a snails pace or regression like this.
