It means you are sensitive to whey, maybe mildly lactose intolerant. Have you ever tried egg protein and seen if you get the same effect?

Hey Raynor,

First time posting in here asking for some advice. Just looking for a new split, Im due to change mine in a week or so here and was wondering if you have any suggestions. I prefer to try and hit each muscle more than once a week, current goal is a bulk. Currently weighing 185 at 5"11, 15BF(was tested in summer, so probably up since there). Already in good shape just looking for something new that maybe I haven't tried yet. Weaknesses are calves and biceps. Thanks.

edit...Oh and I like to lift 5-6 times a week, lmk if you need more info.. thanks

Ha ha that's a great suggestion, suits me well, but I shoulda mentioned I'm currently on the 3 on 1 off plan lol. And I like it a lot just deads and squats soo close together is tough.

Well if you want to do a 6 day plan thats the only way to accomplish it while hitting muscle groups twice a week.

Would you rather switch up to a 5 day one major muscle group per day?

Just out of curiosity..

Theoretically, which would you think would keep you alive the longest? A diet of:

100% fat, 100% protein or 100% carbohydrate?

Second question:

Do Americans use the word champignon?

For your 5x5 shoulders day, you suggest :

• Military Press - 5 sets of 5 reps
• Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs - 5 sets of 8-12 reps
• Dumbbell Shoulder Presses - 5 sets of 5 reps
• Dumbbell Front Raises - 5 sets of 8-12 reps

Instead of doing shoulder press, can i do seated machine shoulder presses?

1. Protein which is the only truly ESSENTIAL macronutrient. Protein roughly translates backwards into ancient greek meaning most important which it is. Without amino acids your body dies, plain and simple. You can survive without carbs (ketosis) and even without fats (surplus calories from protein eventually are stored as fat in the body then through lipolysis are metabolized).

2. Champignon? are you talking about the mushroom? Or did you misspell champagne?
