Changes above have been made in bold

you mentioned 3 scrambled eggs + 3 scrambled egg whites

do you mean: 1 egg = egg white + egg yolk

so 3 eggs = 3 egg white + 3 egg yolk

and you said 3 scrambled eggs + 3 scrambled egg whites, meaning: 3 egg yolk, and 6 egg whites?

please correct me if im wrong

Raynor, I have noticed that both your 5x5 and mass building routine revolve around increasing the weight with each set. Is there any time (mass building) when training is better done by doing one warmup set, and then going heavy to start, and working down?

Yes and no.

You risk injury doing that more than you do pyramiding up.

I find that it's best to warm up, increase weight, then increase once more before dropping the weight and burning out (for hypertrophy)

However in theory if you hit the exact numbers correctly and were injury free in doing so it would be more efficient to warmup and go right into the heaviest weight. The problem is there is no way to calculate that properly, as some days we are stronger than others - while injuries seem to take hold better in certain circumstances more often than not.

For pure size gains, not even considering muscle density or strength, volume is key. That means moderately high weight but a lot of forced reps, breakdowns, negatives, and failure sets. This puts maximum REPEATED stress on the muscle tissue thus tearing it more completely. Once you rest and eat enough, the body will be able to repair those torn fibers larger than before.

recently, ive been farting a lot immediately within 15 minutes - 30 minutes after taking whey protein, is this normal?

is this my body's way to saying, there is a surplus of protein in the body?

It means you are sensitive to whey, maybe mildly lactose intolerant. Have you ever tried egg protein and seen if you get the same effect?

You will need a protein source. I would say something like a whey shake with a pb&j
