My diet plan is atm like this:
Meal 1 - 2 Toast with cottage cheese + 1 egg + 1 cup rice
Meal 2 - 1 slice bread + 1 yogurt + bacon
Meal 3 - Kebab with yogurt as sauce
Meal 4 - oatmeal, milk, cottage cheese toast
Meal 5 - "Schnitzel" with white rice and orange juice
but i think it's pretty bad, so would appreciate if you could make me a better diet plan.

Certainly...here are the changes:
Meal 1 - 2 slices of whole grain toast with 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 eggs
Meal 2 - 1 cup of greek yogurt + 6 slices bacon + 1 slice whole grain toast w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter
Meal 3 - 5 oz chicken, beef, or lamb w/ yogurt sauce is fine + small salad
Meal 4 - 1 cup oatmeal + 5 oz chicken, beef, lamb, or "schnitzel" OR 3 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
Meal 5 - 1 cup cottage cheese + 1 slice whole grain toast
