As far as HIIT goes, you can do the regular jogging for now and upgrade to HIIT later when you build better cardio endurance.

As far as supplements go, take 2 omega 3-6-9 with every food meal for the best benefit.

You can also try GAT Jet Fuel 3 capsules prior to working out

Total failure means when you simply can NOT lift the weight anymore even by cheating or using your own body for help. Using a spotter constitutes a negative or assisted rep....that does not apply here.

So for your purposes, if you are curling and fail, you can either use a bit of momentum to swing the weight up, or help with your other hand. Just remember to let the weight down as SLOW as possible after you need to start cheating. The most muscle is broken down during the downward part of the rep, so let it down slow and burn it out. You can keep repeating this process until the muscle simply will not tolerate the weight anymore.

It is true that ejaculation actually increases testosterone levels immediately afterwards (lasting up to 3 hours). Thus the BEST time to ejaculate would be either immediately prior to working out, or immediately prior to bedtime. But NOT both. Too much ejaculation will result in overall lower test levels.

Even on stranger notes, total abstinence over a 3 week period yields a slightly higher test level than masturbation 1x per day. However, the 1x masturbation per day has a PEAK level that is MUCH higher than the abstinence level. Thus, if you time your window properly you can benefit yourself somewhere in the area of 5-7% (if I remember correctly). Testosterone is needed the most PRIOR to training and PRIOR to bedtime when the body is repairing itself.

Incidentally, ejaculation before bed actually helps induce more restful sleep which can also lead to better IGF/GH production and better overall recovery.

I'm telling you the only 2 devices to use with your lower back injury that will not put any strain on that area but also train legs.

I would still avoid those as well, you don't really need to be doing legs at all if you have a lower back injury. You will not lose any leg muscle mass in a few weeks of rest. Just eat properly and sleep properly.

regarding, the above post, in general, how often should ejaculation be achieved to be useful in terms of testosterone production. you mentioned that too much would actually decrease, so how much is ideal?

Hey raynor, can you give me a list of keto foods? Not the sample diet but just a list of good foods for keto? Gonna set up my own diet and gotta build around stuff i can eat or im just gonna mess it up :p thanks in advance and also macros are 65f/30p/5c right? For cutting that is

1x per day 5 days a week would be safe.
