It is true that ejaculation actually increases testosterone levels immediately afterwards (lasting up to 3 hours). Thus the BEST time to ejaculate would be either immediately prior to working out, or immediately prior to bedtime. But NOT both. Too much ejaculation will result in overall lower test levels.
Even on stranger notes, total abstinence over a 3 week period yields a slightly higher test level than masturbation 1x per day. However, the 1x masturbation per day has a PEAK level that is MUCH higher than the abstinence level. Thus, if you time your window properly you can benefit yourself somewhere in the area of 5-7% (if I remember correctly). Testosterone is needed the most PRIOR to training and PRIOR to bedtime when the body is repairing itself.
Incidentally, ejaculation before bed actually helps induce more restful sleep which can also lead to better IGF/GH production and better overall recovery.
