Well given your size and condition I would expect that you are a hardgainer. With that in mind, I have a special guide just for hardgainers. Given, you will have to train hard, eat well, sleep well, and drink plenty of water. You have to be dedicated to the routine. If you start gaining body fat, reduce calories by around 700 per day.
