i was up at 149lbs about 3-4 weeks back, but fractured my collarbone, now down to 139 =\ i'm hoping to put on a TON of weight/muscle for the summer (180-200) is the goal, but more realistically i'll be going for 170lbs, i need a construction job in the summer.

so atm, i'm 6'1" and 140lbs approx. I'll be using protein powder ofc. but tbh i wanna look kinda like this (his muscle build)

yeah, the picture is somewhat lewd



what would be the best way to go about this, obviously i have to eat way more, and work out a ton.

GAT JET FUEL.

Ive used the regular before, worked pretty good...now theres more than one kind...

1. Regular or PYRO gat jet fuel?
2.Can i take PRE workout to give me some nice energy/ put me into beast mode :) haha

You are extremely protein deprived. You are eating maybe 80-110g of protein per day with that diet. You need at least 200g protein per day especially because of how athletic you are.

Anyway...I'd first suggest you change your diet. If you are on a bulking cycle, you don't need to be worrying about getting a 6pack, because you won't. On a bulking cycle you will get smooth, but big and muscular at the same time. When you cut, the abs start to show and get very defined.

Which do you WANT do do right now? Bulk or cut?

Well given your size and condition I would expect that you are a hardgainer. With that in mind, I have a special guide just for hardgainers. Given, you will have to train hard, eat well, sleep well, and drink plenty of water. You have to be dedicated to the routine. If you start gaining body fat, reduce calories by around 700 per day. Regular GAT Jet Fuel is fine.

secondly, yes you can take pre-workout!!! It's great for extra energy!

tysm! and yeah, i do gain weight a bit harder than others, but last time i got onto a workout routine got 9 hours of sleep a day only drank water, and only ate healthy foods. tyvm!!!!

Well I'm, 6'3 205 Right now. I lost like 3 pounds cuz I've lost some fat... I've lifted for only about 4 months... And I have solid results. I have a bigger chest, arms, legs, and I think back. But I want to try to get bigger for the next 2 months. Then try to get all my muscles showing before baseball season by cutting. What do you suggest I do? I don't want to be getting more fat from this btw... and so you know.. like I said, I'm a picky eater

i've been using roughly a 45 degree angle on my incline bench press. i just realised the other day that theres another setting to get roughly 60 degrees. which one should i be using?
