It's a KT (kinesiotape) to help my patellar tendinopathy to recover. For this reason It don't do full cleans. I do power clean and jerk and power snatch and I control my squat exentric to put less stress on my tendons which work very well. Reached a PCnJ pr of 100kg Tuesday.

455x1 video because Chris kept asking for it lol

I thought during the squat I was high.. then watched the video and realized I wasn't thankfully

But damn.. last weeks rep was WAYYY smoother and faster. I thought I'd be able to get 455x2 this week.. and I had done a lot more heavy reps before doing it.. so strange :wacko:

my squats again show how weird they are.. they go up fast when I do them every 2-3 weeks.. if I do them every week it's a snails pace or regression like this.
