your just protecting your fat, i tell you the truth about my current life: all i do is sleep, working out, over-eat, i dont even make my own food and i simply use ALL the energy i got, in the gym on both cardio and bulking, so how can you freaking say that burning fat is easy? your FATTY, you cant flame this comment because you dont know what your writing about. i work double as hard as any on this forum. when your bigger of fat and older, WEIGHTS GETS EASIER so you cant flame me by saying that person lifts more than me, 160 KG deadlift for a 18 year old without any fat is clearly easy to you because your stupid

if all bodybuilders were stubbornly determined to gain NO FAT, they would have no size to them...which is your status
dont know if theres even a use in explaining you obviously dont understand the simple concept of the bulking phase and cutting phase
