Hello, I am a trade spawn who posts here once in a while :P

Here is my progress:

http://i49.tinypic.com/9icpa9.png

Trying to eat 3,000 calories a day to gain weight. I'm at 180 right now (6'0)
I've been focused on improving my upper chest and shoulders recently, I'll post another pic soon

A few of my lifts:
Squat: 225x5 (under 90)
Deadlift: 315x3
Bench: 185x5

Comments are appreciated!

How old?
Decent lifts, bench is confusing to me being as I can do that and your chest looks better than mine.
GG though, keep going.

Yeah he is looking pretty lean (core wise)
I don't like them v-lines and overpowering obliques personally but bishes do apparently!
Kind makes his abs look pushed up towards his chest and then its flat down to his groin (if that makes sense)
That's just my preference.

Luckily for me I don't have v-line genetics, my little brother does though haha.

WOW if true... What age did you start lifting?

yo
100% natural, seriously !
using creatine, alanine, arginin, bcaa. thats it. rest is normal nutrition.

thanks man!
started at the age of 16 (senseless training :D ), got hurt due to this crap training w/o any kind of knowledge . had to take a break till 17 1/2 and then i started with real training, heavy basics etc. now i m 19.
year 18 was shit, got sick like every 6 weeks.

now i m lifting w/o any breaks since 1st of october

What kind of increase of muscle gains does creatine give?
I don't really want to take it being as I don't drink alot anyway and with it you have to drink more!
I just want to make me some gains, my end goal is smaller than you haha.

well, mostly its for strength. ATP -> ADP + P -> creatine helps to resynthesize ADP to ATP, so you have like 1-2 seconds more ATP which is needed for muscle contraction

lol, i already reached my goal months ago :D its never enough dude
