Bro, you're probably 175 because your legs are like sticks. That's not meant to be offensive, but how the fuck do you squat and DL so little compared to that bench?

ill try and get these tomorrow, but i used to be retarded when it came to working out and started deadlifting a couple months ago. i used to hit legs in other ways often (without deadlifting and squatting, just machines and shit which ik isnt as good) when i first started working out. then i stopped legs for a long time. now since i've gotten more serious, im getting into doing those 2 lifts more

Snap diddly. Well, like I said, not trying to be mean, but that could be why you're 175 but feel as if you don't look it. I would suggest adding in some form of hip thrust as an accessory, or even GHRs. Glutes/Hams are often neglected by many.

yeah, i think im gonna cut down on volume in my workouts, focus on strength, go on a deficit, and throw in some cardio, and focus on legs alot more. i really need to just focus on the big movements. squats are just so fucking uncomfortable for me to do i cant stand it

Don't go on a deficit if your legs are small. You need flexibility to squat. I would suggest starting with goblet squats, transitioning to front squats, then starting to back squat. You could also just remove the transition to front squats and just go from goblet to back.
