I honeslty cant remember the last time my biceps are sore, and i go the hardest on them.

why is this.. i want them sore but it never happens :( and each time there not sore i go harder and harder and harder...

help?

Try doing breakdowns and failure sets and don't take any rest between sets. Literally, right after finishing a set, move to another set...keep hitting the biceps until they fail...and fail hard....then hit them some more. Once you are done (at least 20 sets of biceps with no rest) - you should be in AGONY

yo, im eating like 6k clean cals im starting to get alittle fat, would there be a point of doing cardio if im eating that amount or will i just be burning the food im eating.

Get the cals you burn per day without exercise down.

Try to get an approximate of the cals you burn while working out.

If the cals you eat are over the total of both, hop on the treadmill and burn the leftovers.

well basicly im trying to get bigger and cut at the saem time.

I'm no pro with dieting sadly :S but it makes sense to me that if you're trying to bulk/cut at the same time you need to be strict on calories. Don't burn more than whatever's over what you ate.

depends. The way to do it successfully is work out on a 2-hour fast - follow it up with 45 mins of aggressive cardio to burn a bit more fat if you feel that you are gaining too much.

In addition, you will need to lower your caloric intake - you are obviously taking in more calories than your body needs. Lower the carbohydrates, keep the protein and fat the same.

oh that's fine..lol you can do more than that...8-12 a day is the max.
