There are a few things to try.


1. Caffeine - try drinking 2-3 cups of coffee prior to studying and see if this helps. This is called the paradoxical effect when caffeine (or other stimulants) actually calm a person down and enable them to focus. It mostly applies to people with ADD/ADHD - but not exclusively.

2. Calm music playing in the background while you study

3. Studying after a meal, after working out, and (if applicable) after sex. This enables you to get everything out of your system before studying and clears your mind.



If all of those fail, you might need to consider - what are you studying and why? College might not be for you, and it might be better for you to put your talents elsewhere. Everyone is gifted, but not everyone is gifted in the same way. You might be terrible at studying, but a god when it comes to playing an instrument for example. Take the time to soul search if the above doesn't work.

im honestly being serious, i can't obtain a hard on boner like normally i would if i was watching porn or something of the such,... i think its more of a mental thing but it could be my diet or lack of things in my diet, for instants when she was giving me dome, it was more of a soft erection :S , any ideas?

certainly.

Assuming that you are training back ONCE per week, here is the back day I recommend.

Perform all exercises in the ORDER I give them for optimal gains.



Deadlifts (wide grip) - 5 sets of 5 reps @ 85% of 1RM (you will try to go up 5 lbs per week on this while maintaining the same sets/reps scheme)
Lat Pulldowns (wide grip) - 5 sets of 15/12/10/8/6 reps, going up in weight while going down in reps. Make sure to command each rep and let it up slowly rather than just letting the cable fly back up and yank it down.
Bent Over Barbell Rows (wide grip) - 5 sets of 15/12/10/8/6 reps, going up in weight while going down in reps. Make sure to command each rep and let it down slowly.

Cable Rows (wide grip) - 5 sets of 5 reps @ 85% of 1RM (you will try to go up 5 lbs per week on this while maintaining the same sets/reps scheme)
Weighted Pull-Ups - 3 sets of maximum weight for 5 reps (good form!! no swinging!!)
Dumbbell Lawnmower Rows - 3 sets of each arm for 8-12 reps of moderately heavy weight, going up each set. You will try to keep the form PRISTINE on this exercise.
T-Bar Rows - 3 sets of 8-12 reps of moderately heavy weight, going up each set.


Normally I would suggest some lower back hyperextensions, but for overall width, it is NOT required.

Swanson Ultra Resveratrol 100
NOW Foods Calcium & Magnesium plus Vitamin D
NOW Foods Royal Jelly
NOW Foods Co-Enzyme B-Complex
Nature's Way Alive! Whole Food Multi (No Iron Added)


thinking about adding fish oil, Citrulline Malate, Zinc, can you recommend brands for the supps i might add? also anything else i should add? supps for boxing / 5x5 workout plan / and bulking diet to lean out

also do you think 2 hours of boxing 4 x a week is to much cardio for going on a 5x5 plan (3 x a week i'll be lifting) and bulking ?

Looks good - but I recommend SciFit Kre Alkalyn 1500 as well. That is a priority.

You can also try NOW! brand for the other supps you want.

As far as "too much" cardio goes - there really isn't such a thing - just not enough nutrition and sleep. Just keep your diet and sleep pattern in order and you will be fine. Also don't forget to drink at least 1-1.5 gal of water per day.

Hey! Im ending my GVT training this week. Will be the 4th week. It was awsome, i grew stretch marks in that little time frame O_o. Im going south in 2 months, so im looking to cut a bit before.
Should i go on an hypertrophy plan?

SciFit Kre Alkalyn 1500 is creatine, ive been hearing things that creatine are not good for you? is this true? if not what are the people saying creatine is bad why?

I would stick to what you have, but just cut your calories a bit for the cut. Reduce carbs overall and maybe lower total cals by 500 per day.
