Meal 3 - 6 oz salmon + 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup veggies (any) + 1tbsp EVOO
Meal 4 - 6 oz Tuna + 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup veggies (any) 1 tbsp EVOO
Meal 5 - 5 oz chicken breast + 1/2 cup brown rice + 1 cup veggies (any) + 1 tbsp EVOO
Meal 6 - 5 oz chicken breast + handful of almonds + 15-20 blueberries
