Do you think your growth was stunted as to your early starting lifting age?

Hey boss,

With your non keto diet you have oatmeal for breakfast. I am about 220 lbs. Roughly 15% bf. I prolly need a few more cals than just 2000 and I am known for thinking I'm eating 2000 and only actually eating 1600

Anyhow, for another 200 cals can I have milk with my oatmeal? Or is that a bad source of the cals/macros?

Edit: Mom buys 1% sometimes and 2% other times. I can tell her to buy one or the other. I assume 1 is better? Lmk. Not drinking skim milk. I would rather have watery oatmeal :P

No. Many people start to lift at a young age and grow much taller than myself.

I am genetically short at 5'7.

I would look for a good name brand and also pick a proper material. Leather is my preference.

Also check up on the reviews if ordering online

Milk is perfectly fine unless you have a lactose sensitivity. I recommend 2% for cutting.
