Sounds like a few things...
1. Go into a quiet and dark room with some white noise and just relax. Start thinking positive thoughts and focus on your breathing. Count 10 deep breathings for 5 seconds in, 5 seconds hold, and 5 seconds out each time.
2. See a psychiatrist and get a few sessions. You might have some repressed emotional issues that need to be addressed (even things you do not know about)
3. Start taking B-Complex...I recommend Optimum Nutrition Stress-B. I would also advise a good multi such as Controlled Labs Orange Triad
4. Learn Meditation and start doing in on a daily basis. You can google methods for this.
