21, just protein powder, no roids at all...i get so angry at things that arent the persons fault for instance...this girl im kind of seeing cant hang out tonite cause she is busy tomoro but is down to hang out tomoro but im just fucking choked that she wont chill today uncontrolable rage ugh what can i do to rid myself of this feeling ? meditate? or what..

Sounds like a few things...


1. Go into a quiet and dark room with some white noise and just relax. Start thinking positive thoughts and focus on your breathing. Count 10 deep breathings for 5 seconds in, 5 seconds hold, and 5 seconds out each time.

2. See a psychiatrist and get a few sessions. You might have some repressed emotional issues that need to be addressed (even things you do not know about)

3. Start taking B-Complex...I recommend Optimum Nutrition Stress-B. I would also advise a good multi such as Controlled Labs Orange Triad

4. Learn Meditation and start doing in on a daily basis. You can google methods for this.

Lately I've been growing out my hair but I noticed my hair looks damaged/split ends everywhere etc. etc.

But if I don't wash it for like two days it looks ALOT different...


What is the optimal way to keep healthy hair?

(I don't have any problems with like dandruff or any of that)

Well you need to eat like a horse and pump the shit out of thoes weight's but dont use roids Umm i usually have about 5 shakes a day i get most of my body weight from them but it just depends on the genetics of you etc..

Is there a certain food or something to do before tests that helps you

Such as people often say chew gum and drink water

I'm wondering if there is sience behind any test preparation

Condition it regularly (2x a day).

Get a good conditioner, one regular and one leave-in and you should be good to go.

Not really, generally it is best to eat a meal lower in sugar, higher in complex carbs, with a decent amount of protein and good fats.

However there really isn't a magic pre-test meal.
