Holy fuck! Literally just squatted 455x1!
Felt good after 405 so said why not
Big milestone hit today without training squats consistent
I might start doing them every week now lol
Also I want some wraps

Making progress on my paused deadlift! I had more juice but I was running out of time.
10x 142.5kg / 314lbs
