I understand the regular lat raises, what Im confused about is how to perform "1 arm slow-decline lat raises" that are supersetted with the regular lat raises

am I supposed to be doing these with a higher weight than what I used with the regular lat raises? Am I supposed to alternate arms or perform the set with one arm and then perform a set on the other? Just confused about what is making it "one armed"

Oh okay....you are using heavier weight than if you were doing both arms simultaneously in traditional lat raises. You are essentially throwing your arm up, then letting it down as slow as possible.

Straight leg deadlifts, bent over BB rows, T-bar rows, lat pulldowns, and cable rows to name a few

Sorry I would like to focus on upper back. Do all these apply as well?

I am NOT a fan of scooby. Without going into too many details, a lot of his advice does not benefit all body types, and the general population. He has a tendency to throw his advice towards ectomorphs. He also constantly bad mouths steroids, yet he is a known user (at least former user) of various anabolics. Furthermore, his "advice" that centers around working out without using a gym and machines is total BS. He claims he doesn't work out at a gym (he absolutely does - and there are some pics of this somewhere). Personally the guy is sham, at the very least partially if not totally.

Hitting chest twice a week (Monday + Friday), is it even necessary to work out triceps?

Yes. Work triceps in no matter what.

referring to your hypertrophy plan again (about to start it so just trying to figure everything out)

on the exercises that you superset together, do you do 4 or 5 sets of each to failure? (not including a warmup set)
