Rest, Ice, and Anti-Inflammatory meds....don't squat at all prior to basic now. If it gets worse or persists beyond the next 3-5 days, see a doctor.

Really it comes down to three things...

1. Do more pullups - Train pullups 3 days a week. Do them until failure for 5-10 sets each day.

2. Train other workouts that make pullup strength greater such as lat pulldowns and olympic bar curls

3. Lose weight if you have a higher bf%. The lighter you are, the easier pullups are.

It's fine for what it does, not sure how much cheap is...but it's decent whey protein.

What are a few good breakfasts to have? That I can have basically everyday, and that are easy. Which won't take before effort before school.

Don't include eggs

Thanks

1. VPX Zero Impact Bar (pumpkin supreme or peanut butter & jelly) + 1 apple

2. 40g whey protein shake + granola bar + handful of blueberries

3. 6 strips of bacon + 2 slices of ham + 2 oz cheddar cheese + whole grain english muffin

4. 6 oz lean steak cooked with onions and mushrooms w/ 2 slices whole grain toast

5. 1 bowl whole grain cereal (I recommend kashi shredded wheat island vanilla) or oatmeal w/ 1 cup 2% milk + 2 tbsp peanut butter + 1 banana
