Nope, lost all my speed. Lol

That's as fast as I could pull it. When I try to pull super fast, I get massive rounding in my back like back in the day. :/

Skipped the last 3 squat sessions

Today got 365x10 and then 405x5 :)

I really need to be consistent with these lol

It is lol.. its weird, last session I only got 405x2 haha.. my deadlift has recently went up a lot so I guess it improved my squat

It is rather confusing.
The concentric timing should be the eccentric, and vice versa.
