you'd have to understand the way the body works first and foremost. wouldnt make assumptions and end up being a broscientist
one of the most effective ways to bulk up without putting on A LOT of fat, is by having a caloric surplus of no more than 500 cal vs. what it is you burn in a day
finding these numbers and tailoring your diet accordingly can prove to be VERY tedious
if you don't eat more than you burn you won't put on any mass...and also by upping your activities/exercise like cardio and shit you burn more energy, which you would then need to accomodate by eating more. without doing it, you are at a caloric deficit. staysmallstatus
but anyways, I digress...bodybuilders don't want fat, no. but unfortunately in the process of bulking up the extra energy doesn't only go to muscle, but fat cells as well
thats why theres a bulking and cutting phase
