laugh all you want but i have an appointment with my doctor for a gyno surgery
hopefully this doctor won't tell me it will go away by itself like the other dumbass did

imo its a good 1 year progress if you don't look at the gyno part ^^
not beast results... slowly but surely =]

I get teh puffy nipples every now and then

Use teh ice... rub it on them, makes puffy nipples disappear (no lie, this is so cool lol... Walk around with nips poking out of your shirt at the club... lol)
