I worded the top tier athlete wrong though.. I mean like my base athleticism is top tier so no matter what I'll never lose my speed and just OVERALL athleticism completely because my aptitude is so high in that area..

you act like there arent bigger guys who lift but can sprint quickly too. as it turns out, both weight lifting and sprinting involve the same type of fast twitch muscle fiber.
are you surprised that you can sprint fast if you have even a decent squat/deadlift?
