Raynor,

I saw someone ask a similar question about this a couple days ago, but I think I'm a bit different on what I'm asking:

During my arm day, I feel an awesome pump. Arms feel like they're a lot bigger, blood gets flowing I give them a good beating. During an hour or so after I do arms, I feel a great pump going. However, I never feel that pain that I feel in my chest, or back, or legs after any of those days. After my arm day, I just feel fatigue, but none of that muscle ache that I like to feel.

Is this normal, or do I need to follow the advice you gave the other guy (in regards to using that device which hangs on you and whatnot: might not be able to buy that since I don't have access to a credit card).

Can you explain refeeding and is it important to bodybuilding in any way shape or form?

It depends on your definition of refeeding. Are you referring to a re-feed after carb depletion? or something different?

Hey Raynor,

What's the best macros for a nonketo cut? Thanks again ^^

I prefer 40protein/30fat/30carb

There are a few ways. First of all is dietary. Change your diet to only whole foods and eliminate certain things like dairy and all meats except for chicken. Drink lots of water (1+ gal a day) and also make sure to keep sugar intake relatively low and complex carb intake relatively high. Eliminate certain gas producing foods like beans and green veggies (except for lettuce).

In addition there are certain supplements and remedies to look into...including:

Apple Cider Vinegar
Activated Charcoal

I would also see a doctor as there are some medications that exist that can help the effects.

In addition frequent exercise tends to help rather than hurt. Also destressing techniques like yoga would be very helpful

I heard someone talking about refeeding on Bodybuilding.com they weren't on KETO or anything just a regular diet I assume? Something about leptin or something to increase fat loss levels?

You can definitely check out the "arm blaster"

I wouldn't worry too much about it though

Ever dealt with bodybuilders/big guys that wanted to run a marathon?

I dont consiver my self neither of them, but i am a big guy for marathon id say. I am around 195 pounds, and i want to do something for the society. Id like to run a 42k for a cause like poor kids.
My experience are good but im a bit rusty.
2 years ago I ran a 21km for fun with a bud. 5m15 per km, i was 15. So i am not a super hero but i think im an average runner. My question is what split should i go on while preparing for a marathon? And what my cardio schedule should look like? Should i run 5 time a week or split it with stairs/elleptical/biking to switch thing or focus on running? Id increase my distance by 1KM or 500M everyday i run, good idea?Should i keep squatting heavy so when i run my legs are sore as hell but when the time comes for the marathon ill be fresh and itd bee asy? Thanks raynor!!
E: also for my age i think running a marathon at 200 would be totally badass
