Incline flys 3x10
Flat day:
Flat DB Press 4x8
Flat Press (Machine) 3x10
Flys 3x10/cables 3x10
Decline day:
Decline bench 5x6-8
Decline press (Machine) 3x10
Pull overs 3x10
Decline flys 3x10
I thought of focusing one part of the chest per workout in order to keep the volume high while hitting twice a week.
