Hey Raynor,

when it comes to shocking chest growth, i'm doing the following.

Monday: Chest (decline)

Friday: Chest (incline)

Monday: Chest (flat)

and so on.. alternating between Monday and Friday hitting a different part of the chest.

I plan on doing that for a month and then dropping down to once a week. Would that shock growth?

You would need to do more than just that of course...what else is in your chest routine besides decline/incline/flat presses on those days?

Would it be possible to earn any sort of money for entering bodybuilding competitions? (Even if i dont take 3rd place?) And do you have any ideas that i could do for extra money as a side thing such as potentially modeling / competitions etc?

Incline day:
Incline DB Press 4x8
Incline press (machine) 3x10
Incline flys 3x10

Flat day:
Flat DB Press 4x8
Flat Press (Machine) 3x10
Flys 3x10/cables 3x10

Decline day:
Decline bench 5x6-8
Decline press (Machine) 3x10
Pull overs 3x10
Decline flys 3x10

Unless you get sponsored, you won't make very much money at all (not counting big pro entries like Mr. O)

I would recommend personal training on the side.

That would be fine then, except I'd like you to add incline cables to incline day and cable crossovers to flat day.
