my coach mentioned something similar to me before. i'll look into it. thanks! any specific brands or anything you would recommend? maybe the best bang for my buck. gonna look around until my jetfuel runs out (bout a week and a half i'd say)

Any brand is fine, caffeine powder is generally about the same. BE VERY CAREFUL OF YOUR DOSAGE! Do not do more than 600-800mg a day.

hey raynor whats ur opinion on red wine whilst cutting? i heard one or two glasses may increase vascularity and lipolysis. is this true?

it depends. If you are on keto, I would avoid it as a 5 oz glass has around 4g carbs, so 2 glasses would be 8 carbs which is approximately 40% of your daily allowed carbs and can easily throw you out of keto.

If you are NOT on keto, then red wine is fine as long as it stays within your macros. Generally it can indeed help vasodialation and lipolysis

Hey,

Can you make me a great workout for arms and abs?

I don't have any legs so I'm hoping that if I over compensate with nice arms and ripped abs that girls will still like me.
