I'm still doing the smolov rep scheme for squats ... It's brutal only squatting 2x a week let alone 4 .

A fullback is a running back, and i assumed it was obvious i was talking fullbacks by the start of that post. Which fullback can you find that arent 225+?

Leg looks nice!
I am currently doing RSR and I hate squatting only 3times week, I miss squatting everyday :(

eh wasnt that obvious. sure fullbacks are technically running backs but people refer to halfbacks as RB's

Was giving a broader range their, but nfl statistical average is 235, fking happy? My lord man.
