I physically could not recover to do it.. Let it be lack of sleep or food ... W/e
I'm still doing the smolov rep scheme for squats ... It's brutal only squatting 2x a week let alone 4 .
My recovery blows . I give u mad props for completing it .

I use to rely on the belt all the time and in return I built a weak core . It has its place but I try to do most of my work without it and I feel better and stronger
