Seeing afficionado make that damn good looking pizza it has motivated me to make my own. I have never made one from scratch. Was thinking about stuffed crust with BBQ sauce,chicken,sausage,pepperoni, bacon,bacon,bacon, spinach, cheese, pineapple, mushrooms, and black olives. Anyone got any suggestions?

My legs are growing like crazy just from squatting heavy multiple times per week
I don't do anything else but squat for legs .. I haven't deadlifted in a few months so I could focus on squats - but am going to start again this week.
Did 7x5 @ 250 ATG this week /. I used a belt for the last 3 sets only cause I was dead and it was 2am. I've been squatting mostly without a belt
None of my pants fit me :wallbash:

Nice quad. Glad to see I'm not the only one who avoids using a belt when squatting (although I cannot deny the usefulness of it if your goal is to squat REAL heavy..)
