doing it Natural is hard ass hell takes 4 ever going up on bench press i like it tho knowing once i am 50 + i won't have heart problems etc and my body won't sag like MR Arnolds

btw i can run 5 miles under 55 mins

i hate doing do it once a wk in the spring summer time
